Trying to put in a third e-mail address immediately afterwards did not produce a third code, so maybe I just got lucky, or maybe there's both a one per day per IP and one per distinct e-mail address limit.

I went back to the link a second time a day later, was denied when I tried using the same email address, changed to a different e-mail address, and got a second five point code.

Hmm. Yep, that works. It also doesn't care if it's a valid e-mail address.
I think I will stop experimenting now in the interest of not having Pepsi close my account, but if someone does want to generate infinite codes. . .now you know.
