Anyone aware of any sign-up bonuses or referrals for Scottrade or another equivalent online broker? I know quite a few of these online brokers are hooked up with airlines, but I'm more interested in a ca$h bonus then miles...
For TD Ameritrade, you can also get miles (amount depends on how much you deposit) with American or Delta.
American has a similar offer for Fidelity.
However, Zecco might be cheapest even with bonus offers if you're not depositing too much.

For anyone that's seeking miles check out www.freefrequentflyermiles.com and go the finance link on the left side. Both Fidelity and TD Ameritrade have mileage offers for new accounts.
