Costco: Tide 2x Concentrated Sample

It asks for a costco number but I didn't enter mine (too lazy to get the card from the other room) and it still seemed to have processed the request

Even with my Costco number, it is not working for me. I get an error message instructing me to go back and answer all of the survey questions, which I did, and received the same error message each time.

For those that get the message to return and correct errors/answer all questions, on the section that requires a 1 - 8 ranking, each number is used once. I had to do 1 - 8 in a row and had no issues any longer.

Thanks! I was able to enter the 1-8 in my choices rather than consecutive. I also didn't bother to dig my Costco card out of my wallet and it still went through without a number.
