Using E-rewards for FTD & earning miles?

I recently redeemed $5 in e-rewards for the $15 off each item purchased at FTD. I expected it to come in the form of a coupon code to be entered at checkout, but instead it is a link to ftd.com/anextension. However, miles earning opportunites (at least through Delta) also come in that format. Is there any way around this? I thought that since there were no exclusions and no redemption limitations, this wouldn't be a problem. Any advice?

Thanks.

I had the same issue a while back. The short answer is "No". FTD has promotions for each provider (NWA, AA, UA, Delta..they all have different mileage promotions and PRICES for flowers). On the check out screen there is no way to enter a coupon code. It's only available with e-rewards' promotions page.
