Points for Inside Flyer magazine
Before everyone flames me, I DID try to search on this but came up short (or rather WAY LONG). It used to be that you could earn 500 or so bonus points with various airlines or hotel programs for renewing your InsideFlyer subscription. Anyone know if this is still possible and how it is done? Thanks.
Also when you use the Search function, how do you tell it that you want it to find all the words together, rather than just scattered throughout - it doesn't seem that the regular Boolean search rules apply. It also seems that putting pairs of words in quotation marks doesn't work either.

I can't help with Inside Flyer offers, but I can point you to a thread with information about how to more effectively search on FlyerTalk.

Thanks so much for guiding me to the How to Use the Search thread. I guess I'd never scrolled all the way down to the bottom of all the Forums -- there's some useful stuff down there
Ironically when you search for "search" (which I did before posting my original post"), that key thread doesn't come up until sometime after the fifth page! (Of course, I wasn't clever enough to tell it to look only in the titles -- then it comes up as the fifth item.)
Anyway thanks again -- I'm sure my searches will be far more fruitful from here on out.
