Thanks - that was the problem.

I had not encountered this before because I usually enter MCR codes every other day. (Doing so makes it really easy to see when bonus points show up in my points history.)

It worked for me but following these steps:

Choose the tab with Get Scary good Rewards.
It takes you to the Rewards Catalog.
Choose the one with Fanta® Halloween Instant Win:

but when you click enter you see 2 options.

No, it has been around since the promo began. There was no real need for more than one code. AFAIK, neither worked (in the last 2-3 weeks) until yesterday or today.... OzzyOzzie mentioned the other code a few days ago in this thread:
