If it's just a single character, I will just keep plugging in options until it takes. Usually the code validates after less than a dozen tries.

I emailed, back and forth several times, then called, and finally got it resolved. I usually find My Coke Rewards support to be very quick and helpful; this time it took a bit more work but eventually was resolved.

Redeeming 20 oz Coke Zero coupons?
 
Anyone have suggestions on where I can redeem my 20 oz Coke Zero coupons? The stores I usually shop at don't sell individual bottles of it.... and I'm only a few miles away from Coke HQ.

From SD, "roo" is back on.

Enter "roo" for up to 5 20oz coke products per day and get double points.

Haven't confirmed yet. But just passing along the information.

CVS/pharmacy stores all sell 20 oz. bottles of Coke Zero. Have you tried them?

I had already put that in the WiKi and can confirm Roo is back. It has been taking about 24 hours for the points to post so unlike last time Roo was around, they are not instantaneous.
