People in the last few dozen or so posts of this thread at slickdeals are reporting that you can get ten bonus MCR points every day of the week by entering a weekly code (this week's code is COKE2012) and then entering two MCR codes. So in effect during the course of a week you could enter a total of only 14 three point cap codes (2 caps every day x 7 days) and end up with a total of 112 points. More on the promo this promo can be found here.
Am I missing something here? |

I started using this code when you posted it, but I have yet to receive any bonus points — and I input the code every day before I enter the codes from two caps.
Am I missing something here? 1) Enter "COKE2012" in the code box. Caps don't matter. You'll get a message saying, "Congratulations, you've earned 0 points!" 2) Enter two 3-point codes. I don't know if the value of the cap matters. 3) The first code adds three points. The second one adds thirteen. Sorry that I can't be more helpful if that's what you're already doing. I've actually had decent luck getting them to return messages when I email them. Mike |

That's really odd. I've had no problems. I do it in this order:
1) Enter "COKE2012" in the code box. Caps don't matter. You'll get a message saying, "Congratulations, you've earned 0 points!" 2) Enter two 3-point codes. I don't know if the value of the cap matters. 3) The first code adds three points. The second one adds thirteen. Sorry that I can't be more helpful if that's what you're already doing. Mike +1 The first day I added the codes first and then the promo and received 6 pts the next day I reversed the order and got 16. I think you have to do the promo code first. I haven't had any issues since. My only problem is where am I going to get two caps per day for the next 6 weeks ! I must confess, I dig threw trash cans when no one is looking. :p. I work at a university and have gotten about 30/caps a week using this method. But I am leaving for a month during the promotion. I have been trying to save them but it just so happens that the well is running dry too. I think someone is beating me to the punch. I just can't drink all that coke |

That might be it — the codes may be limited to certain Coca-Cola products. Thank you anyway... |

The most recent post in my blog (see siggy) is about Listia, which should help you generate MCR caps without digging through the trash. ;)

That is exactly what I do every day — and even view the same “congratulations” message — but I received no extra points.

With the new ampm promo (awesome promo btw) I thought it was time to dust off some of the other MCR accts in the family. Also remembered the Powerade promo is still going until the 18th. Couple things: the Powerade promo is still promoted on the poweraderewards.com/mobile homepage, but does not seem to be posting instantly as it was before. Anyone else notice this, or is it working instantly for others? Also, I tried to see if the ampm promo would work on non-Coke flavor codes, but as expected it does not.

Otherwise this has worked fine, whether I remember to enter the promo code first or after I've already entered one regular code. I'm not sure if I've ever entered both regular codes and then the promo code. Sheila |
interesting thing happened after entering my coke caps for the bonus.
A little background, I tried adding powerade caps and they didnt work for the 10pt bonus. So I figured it was only coke. Today I added my coke caps and got the bonus. I then redeemed my free instant scratch game entry Not thinking anything of it, I added 4 nestea caps I found trash diving. Afterwards a popup said I had rewards to redeem. Wouldn't you know it, I had 4 free entries. Has this happened to anyone else. two things come to mind. Nestea caps May work for the bonus 10pts And For the scratch game you may get up to 5 FREE entries after adding 2 + 4 caps. The rules say you can play 5x I thought you could only get 1 free entry. This was the first time I added anything afte the two caps. (saving them up for leaner days) |
I had been entering the bonus code and then two Powerade caps to try and get the bonus points. I was hoping they would just show up at the end of the promotion, but apparently they will not according to the posts before me. Glad I didn't keep going down that path and lose a bunch of caps for nothing.

I have been using my Coke Rewards to redeem for $50 Nike e-gift cards, which I resell on ebay. After paying the ebay/paypal fees, I have been netting around $44.
Is this my best option? Any suggestions? (I don't participate in any hotel points programs, by the way.) Thanks! |
Thanks for the information, I did not know about he am/pm codes and the free entries for the instant win game. Won 10 bonus points and got the 10 point am/pm bonus.
