I order the 24oz meat lasagna for 9.99, and then I used the link from BA to keep activity in my account.

Placed 2 orders, using different email addresses. Received order confirmations, but when I log-in using one of the email addresses, it shows both orders. When I click on "View Shipments," it tells me, " Sorry, our "Order History" feature is not available right now. Please call 1-800-960-8400 for assistance. If you continue, this purchase will appear in your membership in the future."

Why do I not have a great feeling about this?

For those of you who got an invalid code for your PC points-- Icalled PC instead 1 801 975 3063, They put me in contact with a mycoke talking person who said he will look into it.

He offered to return my coke points,which I reused. I want my PC points.

I placed one order for the lemon butter and one for 16 Polish Sausages. Received the cancel email for the lemon butter, the other order shipped.

Another failure. It would have been nice if ALL the small print was published. Cancelled! :(

I can't really blame Omaha Steaks for this. Whoever posted the mailer info on SD apparently didn't read the fine print or didn't bother posting it. That said, rather than simply cancelling the order, it would have been great customer service had Omaha Steaks said, "We apologize for an inconvenience this causes, but unfortunately, orders received as a result of this posting that did
not meet the terms and conditions of the offer cannot be honored. As
stated in the terms and conditions of this mailer, the free shipping
and handling plus the free ham only applies to orders that include a
main selection from the mailed offer. In reviewing your order, it
appears a main selection was not included. If you would like to place an order that includes a main selection from the mailer, we would like to extend an offer of a 20% discount on that item. To take advantage of this offer, please contact us at 1-800-228-9055."

I hope Kipper got your sausages? I hope they didn't cancel the orders that included MCR gc's, I figured the beefstick people would set them frothing at the mouth but the mcr gc purchases went through hopefully.

They should improve their system where orders that they won't honor won't go through in the first place, but then again I had a sausage problem with them 2 years ago and they made up the rules as we went along and I hate having to fight for sausages.:(

...and now I'm harkening back to years ago, the great FW/Omaha steak csr wars...while I did not witness the carnage myself legend has it that Omaha Steak csr reps invaded the pages of FW and hurled a barrage of insults at the FW'ers who were unhappy with the wholesale slaughter of their Omaha Steak orders...true story!

The sausages should be here today or tomorrow. I don't remember which, because to me, it's not the important package that's arriving this week. :) My kitchenaid mixer also arrives this week, and I know that package should be here today. :D You can tell what has me excited!
