Do you have a telephone number for MCR or an email address?

The telephone # is 1-866-674-2653. Funny how they did scheduled maintenance towards the end of the last double points day!! That's twice in a row!!

I think there is an e-mail also, as I contacted them once before when I got a blank code in a fridge pack.. but I can't find it now.

That's right, this happened last points day also! My suspicion is that there was not really scheduled maintenance, but that is some sort of default or standard web page that they throw up when the site is having trouble (possibly from high volume on both days?)

It would seem though like they should accomdate people who were not able to enter their codes, somehow....

FWIW I called and it took about ten minutes of being on hold. The agent said my bonus points would be credited within 24 hours.:)^

I sent an email today about it... We'll see what happens with that!

Good Luck with that! Last two email I sent (and re-forwarded twice each) were met with absolutely no response. It like the "maintenance..." issue - another way to ignore the customer.

My 14 year-old son told me today that he's pissed because:
"Free" Coke 12 pack coupon as a reward for 100 MCR is GONE :p

Apparently too many jerks have been selling them on eBay like they did
the Skymiles redemption codes.... :rolleyes:

Then my 16-year old son got caught by Coke and got their 1400+ points confiscated and account locked because they had 4 MCR accounts going on ....

I told the kids that there's no need to cheat in life and ruin their integrity for crap like this.

Oh.. BTW.. started using my cell phone to txt in the codes.. works quite nicely, though they have sent some annoying messages with the useful ones :?

they both like regular coke and sprite, and both are quite active in sports programs.

Okay, back on topic here. This is really horrible that they got rid of the 12-packs. Without debating whether Coke should/shouldn't be concerned with what people are selling on eBay, the death of the good prizes is getting ridiculous.

They'll be getting an email from me later today explaining that I will be switching to Pepsi. Will it make a difference? Probably not, but I'd encourage everyone here to do the same. Just in case.

I'm frustrated as well. Been slowly working my way up to 3500 MCR points to get the portable DVD player. Got to 3000 points and the player is now gone. Not sure what I will do now.

Is it me or are all the new prize listings pretty much sweepstakes and wallpaper and crap? I want real prizes. I've busted my tail to get to 3000 points and there should be something there for my hard work but there just isn't.:(

Is Coke planning on restocking prizes anytime or are they gonna let it dwindle down til the program ends?

Entered one code today, happened to be for Sprite, and immediately was offered a $25 virtual Visa card "bonus offer" for 500 MCR points. $.05 per point, so I decided to get it...

Called MyCoke on points that did not get 2x because website went down before deadline. Agent said additional points would credit in 24hrs but may be available now. Went and looked and points were immediately credited.

I got it too. That's the best thing going on MCR.
