I made a purchase through them using expedia for a ticket about 2 weeks ago, no points posted, when i click to report missing points, the link doesn't work and request does not go through, any suggestion on what to do?

I've always received a prompt response from airmilesmart. Can you try a different browser? Perhaps the link only works with IE?
