Hey pinaugust,

It would be better to post the link that generates the coupon! As with the gel pens, the coupon is individually generated. Your link for the actual coupon is already used.

When I followed the link, it took me to the correct printable coupon, with the statement "Print this page to redeem this offer in store". Here's the link again: http://tinyurl.com/zg9wx

The one with the bad link was the one to see what a "bubble calculator" looks like. Try this link to see it: You can print this coupon and get a free calculator from Staples. http://tinyurl.com/nnldr

pinaugust, how do you keep getting these offers? Is it by signing up for some Staples emails/newletters/ads?

The problem is that the code is for single use only.

By going to the link, every one gets the same coupon number

Has anyone tried to redeem this coupon? After all the problems I had with the one for the free pens, I decided not to even try. By the way, I figured out that the coupon number is in the url. By changing the number there, it changed the number on the coupon.

Ideally, it would be better to find out how to get the coupons with your own number. I think it is possible that the number has to link to the specific offer, since I think the number actually brings up the item and the amount of the discount.

I completely agreed. While I found it interesting that we COULD change the number of the bar code for the coupon, I still don't think that it would work. We don't know what kind of sequence goes along with those coupon barcodes.
