Call 1-800-328-1860 to receive a free silver eagle and a report "Silver Unleashed." You will have to give name, address & phone # and will probably get some annoying follow-up calls, but if you are interested... They say the report and one ounce silver coin will be received in about 2 weeks.

I called them. you have to have received the offer in a mailing.

Thanks - It didn't say on the mailing that it was targeted, so I didn't know.
