P&G samples bundle
From the OP on another site, it looks like they are looking for moms--*although* the OP said that she got an email that said she did not qualify but still said that she would be receiving her samples and coupons in 6-8 weeks.

Whenever they ask for a phone number, I always register the dog for these things. He's had two calls so far. Someone told that a jury service summons isn't far off.
