note this before you try

Q. 12. Do you have a card reader -- either an internal reader on your computer or an external drive attached to the USB port -- that you can use to read your camera's memory card?'

if u answer no to this, it says you are not eligible now, as thier card wont work bcos u dont have a card reader

Well, kinda free:

The free print award does not include normal shipping/handling charges, which will be applied when prints are ordered.

I was given this message:
"Thank you for taking the time to answer our survey. At this time, you are not eligible to receive our Photo Loader memory card because it will not work on your computer or it is not compatible with your camera. We appreciate your participation and will keep you in mind for future versions of this product. Thanks for using Shutterfly."

After completing the survey. Maybe because I picked Firefox as my browser? I will retry selecting IE.

Just retook the survey in Internet Explorer - selected IE...and everything went great. Do not select Firefox as your web browser!

Thx Chris, and OP!

Who would have thought I'd be penalized for using a more advanced browser (Firefox).

Does this offer work for Canada as well? I took the survey and the address section only has State and Zip code. I just put in my province and postal code, hopefully it will work.
