Help! transfer via points.com?

Help! accounts consolidation?
I am trying to consolidate several hotel/airline accounts.
Have an ichotel (used to be priority club) account with 4,000 points - never use it as I solely use Hilton now. Is there anyway to transfer these points out to any of the airline / hilton programs? I currently have Northwest, United, Delta, Continental and HHonor, and I am short of 1-2k in several airline accounts now...
Also, a relative has serveral thousand miles in NWA & Delta but she probably won't use it... can I consolidate these accounts to different names?
