Funny, the ability to give away thousands of dollars in coffee online and not have a paid site.
Now, here's an idea.,.. Look up "kaynard' at dictionary.com

In a corner of the Google Ads portion of the page in question is a link labeled "Advertise on this site". If you click it, you go to a Google Ads page that says "Advertise on freemugs.co.nr"
If you go to freemugs.co.nr, you see a notice from co.nr, a site that offers free domains ending in "co.nr", saying that the domain is not currently active. But if you google for "freemugs.co.nr", you will find this thread:
http://www.pricenetwork.ca/forum/sho...threadid=40014
As you will see if you read the thread, someone has done some detective work.
Please remember: there are many sites that offer free domains and free web hosting. Sometimes those sites use top level domains of countries that may not have anything to do with the site. For example, if you go to www.english.at, which is the company offering free domains that end in "english.at", you will see that they also offer domains ending in .it and .to.
.at is Austria, .it is Italy, and .to is Tonga. Anyone in the world can get one of these free domains. They don't have to live in Austria, Italy, or Tonga to get one.
