E-reward IT surveys

I used to get a ton of these, but haven't gotten anything in 2-3 months. Are other people getting them? Could they have figured out that some of my answers were ... um ... not realistic? tls

Is your current balance getting close to a redemption threshold, e.g., $45 or $95?

IME, the pace of the surveys seems to increase dramatically immediately after a redemption.

Well, currently it's at $41, but this started when my account was under $20. (I have gotten a few surveys that were not IT related in the last few months.) I redeemed an award a few months ago. The slowdown probably started at around that time, altho I don't remember if that would be before or after the redemption. tls

I guess it all depends on your profile and what they are looking for and how your fit maybe from previous ones. My current bal. is around 170. I had 4 surveys this week alone. 2 IT and 2 non-IT.

I'm at $30 (I started recently and have never redeemed) and I usually get at least a couple a week.

that's not really cool, if they see too many un realistic answers they could cancel this for all of us...I'm sure you get enough surveys that aren't IT related (if you aren't an IT guy) to get good rewards...please everyone be honest for the sake of all of us!

I was one of the loudest complainers a few months back -- in fact, I was convinced that e-rewards "limited" your opportunties once your point level got close to a threshhold (eg,$50, $100.) Well, my experience changed today. I was at $50 earlier this week, got a few surveys, etc. and boom, I was up to $70 this morning. A couple more surveys came in, less than 10 minutes later, my balance is over $100. I'm embarassed to admit that I don't even know what the surveys were for....But now I'm sitting pretty waiting for my next HHonors redemption (less than 40 days) and then come Jan 1st, my big (?) annual AA redemption.

I'm thinking you are right. I'm saving up for a $100 reward and I've barely received any surveys since my last redemption in Sept.

My husband just redeemed and he's getting 5-7 per week.

It has not been my experience that my emails jumped up after redemptions. I suspect they're on to me. tls

I actually got to $180 and have experienced a slow down. I think maybe there are not a lot of surveys at the moment, period? I just did a $50 repemption, we'll see how it goes.
