I received it in e-mail, and it looks like they are about to launch a new program called e-miles. You get miles instead of $$ for the e-mails you read and respond to. Sounds good to me. Looks like they will be good for the legacy airlines, along with a couple of others.

Is this targeted, or do you think everybody with erewards is going to get this? I hadn't heard anything about it. I personally wouldn't mind erewards going strictly to miles. I don't have any use for a small cert off of a large purchase at ebags or similar offers. Blockbuster doesn't excite me. Let's face it, I chase the miles.

I hope so...
I would welcome miles. The past two times I've tried to redeem for added miles with a flight without success.

Somehow I missed this E-Rewards e-mail. I wonder if you'll be able to do both -- membership in the old program as well as the new? Wouldn't mind being able to grab some miles, plus keep getting the 12,000 Hilton HHonors points I'm getting every year from the traditional E-Rewards program.
