E-rewards - HHonors xfer problem?

E-rewards - HHonors xfer problem?
I have a bunch of E-rewards credit which expires July 31. For the past two days I have been trying to cash out a rewards for 3000 HHonors points, but E-rewards keeps coming back with an error message something like "unable to connect to Hilton server, please try again later.
Is anyone else running into this problem? I have no problems logging into my HHonors account directly. This is a little annoying since this is one of the useful e-rewards available to me, and if I can't get it to take by tomorrow I would seem to be out of luck.

I recently successfully transferred $50 e-rewards for 3k HHonors points a few days ago. Have you tried using your HHonors Acount # and PIN rather than username and password when trying to redeem the award?

Have you transferred to HH recently? You can only make a transfer every 90 days. When I made my transfer, I had no problem. But since it is within the 90 days, I can not do so again, at this time.

If you continue to have problems, send eRewards a note, with a copy of the error page, and see if they will reinstate the $$ that are going to / have expired.

Encountered the same poblems and error mesages in the past 3 days. At least I'm not the only one.

I was surprised, but the transfer of $50 for 3000 Hilton points worked flawlessly. After making the transfer on E Rewards, I checked the Hilton Honors web site and saw that the points had posted. This was the first time that the transfer went smoothly for me. Used the Hilton number and password.
