RE:affluentmiles survey

Did anyone else get an email from Affluentmiles offering 3000 UA miles for completing a survey?? Is this spam or phishing?? I haven't glued and pasted the link yet, so I'm not sure what kinds of things they are asking.

I got the email. Affluent is a legitimate survey company. But I do not know if this is a legimate email. It does not say where they got our names and addresses.

I received it and responded. It is a banking/financial management survey for Wells Fargo Bank--the division for High Net Worth individuals. I have a friend who is a VP in that division at WFB in San Francisco, so I know it does exist.

I received it and started to respond. I did not fill it out because I felt I had to give out too much personal information to an unknown entity for 3000 miles.
