Thanks. There is a Quizno's near by home. Fortunately, they have an outdoor area where I can dine with my dogs at lunchtime.

If Quiznos wouldn't be so stingy, maybe I'd go back. They charged me (at least at the store I went to) extra for tomatos. Subway is less expensive and doesn't charge extra for tomatos. Oh, thanks for the link. I'll pass it on to a friend who likes Quiznos.

Recently (during the great tomato shortage), some places only gave you tomatos when specially ordered. Some places charges extra for tomatos.

Years ago during a draught, restaurants would not give you a glass of water unless asked and some places charged a nominal fee (5 cents) for a glass of water. The charge was more a deterrent to getting a glass and not drinking the water.

This one Quiznos has been charging for Tomatos for as long as I can recall. As opposed to Subway, which has never charged, at least the stores I have walked into.

I don't dine at Quiznos very often, even though there is one a block from my home. I did stop in recently for a sandwich, and recall specifically asking the Sandwich Artist to hold the tomatoes as they were listed as (an included) component; I dislike raw tomatoes and would be pleased to find a shop that charges extra!

Quiznos is very inconsistent. I know of 2 shops that charge extra for tomatos, and 2 that don't. I like when they don't charge extra for tomatos.
