Don, yesterday I took as $25.00 CS voucher to the airport and the y waived the fee when I explained that I COULDN'T book online because of the voucher. Also, I understand that the fee is waived for 1K members, and I will hit that rarified staus in January

I trade for HH all the time--in a little over a year, i have racked up almost 35,000 points on my account, and 20k on hubby's. Thanks to mypoints, e-rewards, and those HH bonus points, we've been to Hawaii, and are trying to decide how best to use the 200k points we have each gathered in our HH accounts. Oh the joy of FREE TRAVEL!

Good for you. A few people have accuse me of lying about being able to accumulate enough points to get free tickets and hotels rooms by simply clicking with the computer mouse. It's good to know that others have done same thing. I have accumulate many trips by the internet and I know others who have done better.

A United discount certificate may not be worth its stated value since the discount may not be applied to some lower fares. I have a $100 electronic certificate which I have been trying to use but the max discount I ever saw using it was $60.
