E-Rewards ignoring email

I have just sent my 3rd or 4th request (via their web site) for surveys never credited to me, from as long ago as June. (total of about 6 surveys for $19 all up)

Is anyone else finding there's any way to get them to respond these days?

this has happened in the past and then e-rewards magically started replying. it's almost like the woman is on vacation or something. it's a very lean shop with one person replying to all emails, i believe.

do a search in this forum and you should be able to dig something up.

As much of a pain as it is, I would start sending them a message every day and let them know that you're not going to stop until you get a response from them. I did that about 6 months ago when I was having problems getting two different surveys credited. It took them about a week and a half, but they responded.

Erewards are a bunch of idiots.

Call them if you can find their #, I think I saw it on the boards here a while ago.

I was suppose to get a $25 credit like 2 weeks ago, thanks for reminding me.

I sent an email to Cathy you should write her too.

[email protected]

I am going to use up all my credit & quit with these folks, no deals @ erewards.

This is about the 5th time I've sent in a request for missing AAdvantage miles from April... I did get one response saying send us the flight info (which I did in all 5 emails), and never heard from since.

Ohhh--I just got the $50 level, was going to take an AA flight to collect the 2500 miles.

Guess I better make sure up front what the deal is.

I'm about $3 short of getting my $50 AA reward, then I think I'm done with e-Rewards for good.

aside from the one difficult experience, i have had nothing but smooth sailing with e-rewards. i think it's a lean ship, however. there isn't a huge customer care component to their operation.

all the comments in this thread are for the most part, the same, no customer serivce = no business.

gotta look after each & every component to keep it a well oiled machine.

This has worked for me in the past. Sometimes we just have to be relentless.

I wrote them yesterday and actually got a response... unfortunately it is pretty much word for word the response I received 4 months ago.

I have had problems in the past as well and it takes multiple requests to get anything done. However, the biggest problem is the nearly worthless awards since they devalued everything. As a charter member, I remember when, for example, the Hertz Awards were a specific dollar valued voucher. Then they went to the model of x number of days free, based on a five or EIGHT day rental. Considering that Hertz runs these promotions already and ANYONE can take advantage of them, there is little value there. E-Bags is another rip-off offer, as you can already get those discounts directly from E-Bags.

I just burned my remaining E-Rewards for HHonors points and then proceeded to cancel E-Rewards, totally worthless in my view.
