How long does it take to get a certificate?

Have I been scammed? I made my 1st order at resturant.com two weeks ago. The charge showed up on my CC, but no certificates.

Is this a scam everybody but me knows about?

Did you check your junk email? They email the certificates.

Thanks. I hunted down the support number and called. They e-mailed the certs. Pleasant experience with their support. Certs didn't go to my spam folder, so I dunno' what happened to the originals.

[QUOTE=scubadiver;13602191]Thanks. I hunted down the support number and called. They e-mailed the certs.

I created an account on their website when I started buying certificates. I go to my account history and print certificates directly from the website. You can do this any time after your purchase is completed. This is also handy for replacing lost certificates etc. You can make unlimited copies of any given certificate but the each certificate will have a unique serial number and you can only use it once (no matter how many copies are made)

Discounts appear as the month progresses. Often they start fairly early. Subscribe here and watch for a post or go to restaurant.com and sign up.

Restaurant specific or generic?

I'm thinking of taking advantage of 80% off opportunity. However, I should like to know if the certificates are made out to a specific restaurant or are they generic and usable at any program member location?
