Thanks,

The email should clear things up but don't count on a response. I created another email at comcast and just did the offer over again and got credit the next day.

:-: Want a new Ipod? :-:

You are in luck, it is easy, just follow these steps

First, you need to join the freeiPods site by using this referral link

http://www.freeiPods.com/default.aspx?referer=6811411

That link belongs to user mr_pdx

After you have successfully joined using the above-mentioned link, you are ready to post your information in this forum

Here is what we need
  1. Whose referral link you used (person's name, not link URL) - IF IT IS NOT THE CURRENT FEATURED LINK LISTED IN THE RULES, YOU WILL NOT BE ADDED
  2. What offer you used
  3. Your email address, up to the @
  4. What your referral link is

Sorry, but we cannot add you to the list if you don't follow these rules.

For the complete rules and latest position tracking list, click here

Since you're still showing as not complete, I was wondering, did you make sure you were the high bidder for an item for some period of time, (not "instantly" outbid), and is the auction ended yet?

Did you follow the rules?

AOL offer

How long does the AOL offer usually take? its been 3 days (sunday, monday, and today)

neville_83 Aug 3, 2004 7:15 am

AOL musicnet says credit within 1-3 days, broadband says within 3-5 days, and that's busiess days. So sunday doesn't count, and today doesn't count yet (it's only 9 am!) Besides I think gratis is on mountain time, so I think they haven't even started the day yet.

Hey guys, I signed up with the Ebay thing yesterday, it's not verified yet. I also referred a few people with my account. But none of them are showing up at all... are you supposed to wait until after your personal deal signup thing is verified before you go recruiting people? I sure hope not, it looks liek I wasted a lot of time and referrals... Yes I did click on the verify link in my email and it went through... Like I said I am sure at least a couple people have definately at least signed up through my link. I have nothing:

This is what my page looks like:

Links have not worked since mid yesterday it seems, I had dozens of people sign up yesterday and not one have them has shown up in my list yet. Not as complete or as signed up.

MrWellingsly Aug 3, 2004 11:19 am

Well this is bad news. I wonder what happened...

I sure hope my referrals eventually go through, because I know I referred a lot of people and those are basically wasted referrals that I will have a hard time making up for.

EDIT: Wow, my Ebay signup finally went through.

Problems with referring

For the last 24 hours, anyone trying to refer through my link has gotten this error:

Anyone else ever seen this?

I emailed freeipods, and their response was to wait and let it clear up. But it appears that it only is pertaining to my link (a friend of mine used my brother's without issue).

Thanks for any insight.

MrWellingsly Aug 3, 2004 11:50 am

OMFG I just checked mine, and it does that too.

I am so mad... I wasted so much time and probably wasted a ton of referrals.
