How long did it take you to go from Pending to Progress 3? I've been in pending for a few days now.

Phillbus, you have a long ways yet to wait. Especially if you are still in pending! I started my pending process clear back on the 14th. Others even earlier than me!

Mine was not in that tiny batch of 10 either... been in progress 3 since 19th.
But everybody keep posting those eCost order numbers!

It would be interesting to see what order numbers are assigned from Gratis to those guys waiting for their ipods to be delivered. Mine is #449xxx. And I know a buddy whose order number is #451xxx. That's roughly 2,000 iPods just between me and him, 2 weeks difference in our order dates!!! At the rate of 1,000 iPods/week, you new guys just barley in pending have a loooong ways to go... unless apple makes a buttload of these things quick.

Just outta curiousity, you guys still in progress 3, post the first half of your Gratis order number! It'd be interesting to guesstimate the wait...

i was pending 7/27/04 and the next day i went to in progress 2 (7/28/04) and my first 3 #s are #450. i also am not sure of it, but i dont think that every 6 digit order # is used, like they might skip around, or you are only allowed to view your own which would make more sense.

My order number is 451xxx. What did you guys order? The 20GB or the mini? I ordered the 20GB so maybe mine will come sooner.

That's a very interesting idea as if Gratis was trying to show that it was sending out more than it actually was. If you are right, then we're in for a treat because from the first time I saw that my order # was 451xxx, my hopes dropped a bit becausing there just seemed to be no way I'd get the ipod soon.

I am only posting this because I am so close; yet so far. I only need one more completed offer from my referral link. I am sorry to ruin this conga line, but maybe there can be one exception:
