That's what I did. It created a pin and pasted it in the box for me so that all I have to click is continue, yet the error message I stated above keeps coming up. I've tried logging in and out of my dell account, but nothing seems to work.

I get the same message. I've been given four different pin numbers so far, and all have been rejected as "not a valid code"
Is this one of those games where you have to turn off your firewall and/or popup blockers in order to be recognized by the server so it will let you in?
