It will depend on which Kiosk that particular Target decided to install... you will need to call them and check or drop in.
The one I use will take the memory card, CD or actual camera.

I printed one for myself and one for a friend, will they both be valid since I printed it twice?
I guess you put the pictures on a disc and take them into the store. At Wal-Mart you can upload them on their web site and then have them printed at the store, I wonder if Target will let you pay with the coupon if they have this option.
