Try resetting your email address, or even use a different one. Perhaps your provider is wrongly marking the MyPoints emails as spam.

if you use AOHell, as I have to (not my choice...work pays), you might want to check your preferences, parental controls, email controls....check and see what is in your SPAM dump file......you may find them in there blocked by AOHell's "superior" <gag> spam filters
Make sure you have added Mypoints as an 'acceptable email address" or whatever language they use, so that future emails don't get trashed.
