i found this thread very informative. i'm new to this miles earning thing online, and all this info was very helpful! thanks for all the hard work and listing, i couldn't find it anywhere else. =oD

Suggested addition to "Rewards Comparison Tools" section is evreward.com. I use this tool all of the time for online shopping...they link to airline, hotel, and other cash-back programs.

Unfortunately everything is 1 mile per $1 spent so for most merchants the rate is noticeably worse than other rewards programs. Still - it's another option. (I have added to the RewardsDB tables for easy comparison)
