Where do you enter the code? I tried the box in the top left just before check out that is titled "have a special offer or catalog code"

when i enter mikey's code it returns ... invalid code

is there another place to enter this ?

I had to actually call the 800 number to place my order/use the referral code. Try that.

purchased the QC2 from Crutchfield today

The $50 or $20 discounts don't apply on Bose so this is how I purchased the QC2 from Crutchfield today:

I visited giftcertificates.com and purchased a $250 gift cert for myself. I waited for the gift cert e-mail (about an hour), then called Crutchfield and provided a referral, the gift certificate number provided in an e-mail, and a credit card for the balance:
