I did my usual 1000 points to 1000 HHonors points transfer about two weeks ago. About a week later, the 1000 points appeared in my MyPoints account again. Anybody else experienced this problem? I tried again today... hopefully it will work.
Did the points show up in your HHonors account too or did they just bounce back to your MyPoints account?
This happened to me once, because the address on file for my HHonors account was different than the one registered with Mypoints, and outside the U.S.
Switching it back to a U.S. address was all that was needed.
