Apart from the four methods you listed, you can often receive points for visiting merchants' websites following links from the MyPoints.com website. I've had some success under the Try It Out! section. You can play around on their website every couple of days, or simply follow the action in this forum. Numerous FTers are very good about posting new earning opportunities.
