E-Rewards & Email
After reading how many of you have been receiving lots of emails lately from E-rewards, I was starting to feel left out. So, I went to check my account and noticed that I've recieved .05 for getting about 7 emails this month, but nothing more.
Except for one thing - I haven't gotten an email from them since mid-May.
I use my AOL address for those emails and I don't recall getting any of them at all. At a minimum, I would have clicked on it and it would be in my old mail items folder. Nope, nothing there.
Is anyone using AOL & getting their emails? I have checked my blocked senders list, and e-rewards isn't on it - that is, unless e-rewards is now using a different domain name.
Clues anyone?

Don't feel left out Mary2e: same story here. I've received a couple of their regular emails over the last couple of months, but never ever a big$ survey.
Finally yesterday I received a "special survey" email worth a whopping 1$ (that's one dollar). After I completed it only 50cts were credited to my account...
I'm about to give up on E-rewards alltogether.

Erewards CS has always credited me promptly for any discrepencies. I know .50 is probably not worth the effort, but keep in mind filling out their email form in the future.

I've recieved the .05 for receiving the emails in my e-rewards account. The issue is that the mail never showed up in my AOL mailbox. I'm certain. That means that e-rewards is sending them, but I never get them.
I wonder if AOL isn't blocking e-rewards.
Anyone out there getting the emails to their AOL account?

I just checked my e-reward account and saw that 7 e-mails in June alone have been sent to me but I did not receive any of them.
I too am using AOL and about a month ago udated my AOL version to AOL Broadband (as opposed to version 8.0)
Sent e-rewards an e-mail would be interested in their response.

Mike,
I asked e-rewards and their reply was that AOL must be blocking their emails.
I changed my email address to my yahoo account and I received an email to it yesterday.
I'm on AOL 6 still, but pay with bring your own access. I think they changed us over to a broadband account without asking.
Try changing your address if you have a spare

Sergio - I did. No mails. This appears to be an AOL specific problem. I switched to yahoo & all is working again.

Am not impressed with E-rewards since enrolling with them approx. 18 months ago. To date I've only managed 15.90 in my account and get so few that I've almost closed my account a few times. I am on AOL, but on one of the older versions so still receive them fine. On average I receive only 1 every 2 months or so. And yes, I did change all my preferences to get the most.
Also thought I remember Marriott Rewards being one redemption option, but as of today, it's not listed. Once I do hit my 25.00 reward level, I'll get my 1K HH points, close my account and bid good ridance to this turkey of a program. Imagine reading & responding to all those emails for 1K HH points!
