Boy, it's almost hard get worked up about only 5 points when we've been getting points in blocks of 300, 800 and 2450
. But the Tupperware bonanza is supposed to end this month so we may be faced with going back to 5 points at a time ...

Are there any reports on using a Tupperware link twice, and getting points twice? I'm pretty sure I did the right banner on MyPoints homepage twice, and got 800 points each time.
I hope Tupperware has new offers next month, so when this thing is over, my home will look like an advertisement for Tupperware, and I'll be a "MyPoints millionaire."

"But for my $20, I also got a useless Amtrak commuter ticket betweem two points in Missouri"
What two points in Mo? I might be interested if it is transferable.

Zappos. I got 500 points about six times for ordering gift certificates (valued from 10 cents to a $1.00). That hole ended quick when they upped the minimum purchase to $40. Also, I hit Tupperware 8 times for 800 points. My MyPoints account is about 15,400 points currently. I started the month with less than 100.
The two points on Amtrak are from Kirkwood, MO to St. Louis. Got the ticket for $1.28, which included a "senior discount," which I checked.

I'd hate to see you not realize these. Hilton, and perhaps iDine, have pulled the plug on UA, and UAL owns MyPoints, so don't get caught with a high and unusable balance -- if you're planning an HH transfer, or redeeming for something else, why wait?

Nutri-Nut: Welcome to FlyerTalk! You have asked a very broad question. There is a wealth of info here on FT. Keep reading the SPAM board. Folks here are all over quick and easy ways to build award accounts. Expand the page and go back 30 days or so to see examples of what we do for miles and points.
Then take a look at some of the specific boards (like the airline of your choice). Start with a couple of programs and concentrate on them for now; otherwise it is a full time job. Also, it helps not to spread yourself too thin as you may not acquire enough miles to do something with.
Take advantage of the search function and look for promos. You will find many helpful folks here who can greatly enhance your travel experience. The style in which my family travels now is altogether different than before I became a part of FlyerTalk.
Edited to add some specifics:
Do pick and use one airline program, one hotel program, a miles or points earning card, a shopping portal (clickrewards, mypoints, etc) enroll in Idine (dining for miles). Again, use the search function to avoid posting questions that have been answered ad nauseum. Then feel free to ask if you can't find the answer you need. Again, I can't stress how helpful and kind most members of FT are.

Yes, welcome to FT, Nutri-nut. You'll soon come to realize there are lots of other nuts (about FF, online reward programs)here as well.
Paradocs has pointed you in the right direction to start. It's, of course, impossible to pass on anyone's built-up knowledge simply or easily;it just takes your own time and patience. One word of caution, however, is to carefully look at some of the scams & schemes posted here to maximize online point offer, such as through MyPoints. Some are legit ways, others less so. The old quote "if it seems too good to be true, it proably is" still applies in this hi tech world.

On the survey page, for *10* points, click on "For menthol smokers only" ... you'll get a 10 points popup before you even hit the survey!

Thanks to you all for the info. I can see how it would be a full-time habit/hobby. One more thing for me to devote time to. the last forum added referred to a site listed "below". I do not have a "site" listed. How do I get to see the "site".

Nutri-Nut: If you are asking about how to get to Gary's excellent site just click the blue link at the bottom of his message.
Now have fun as you begin this very addicting habit. You have been warned. I tell my husband it is better I am home at my computer than gone on a shopping spree.
Edited to spell Nutri-Nut's handle correctly with my apologies.
