My account was disabled yesterday.Today I got the following E-mail:
Dear _________
We apologize for the inconvenience. Technical difficulties were the
cause of the problem with your account. Rest assured that our
technicians are working around the clock to address the situation, and
we hope to have this issue resolved within the next 24 hours.
If you continue to experience difficulties after that, please contact us
again at [email protected] . Again, we apologize for the
inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hopefully it will get resolved as fast as they say. Unfortunately since I was disabled I missed out on the tupperware links

They had my account enabled after faxing them my DL, last week. I had all my points intact. My wife's account was also enabled.
Now I cannot login.. it says they do not understand the login info. I am using the same login info (100% correct).
Why is this happening? I do use Win98, IE6.0.
I was able to login at work (win 2000...). Is there any security setting needs to be adjusted. Please help.</font>

My account was undisabled (is that a word) sometime in the last 2 hours. My tupperware points were there. Now they're on the way to HHonors. Never did have a response from MyPoints to my emails.

mypoints is really screwy.
I asked them for all the id's in my family to
be reenabled. They send an email to saying
all is ok. But, only mine is fixed.
Now, I have ask each person in my family to email them separately.
This is a make work project.

This is all so interesting to me... I've been a member of mypoints for five years or so and have never had problems with earning or redemption. Although, maybe since I've been a member so long, they trust me even when I do tupperware and franklin covey offers.

I joined on Feb 28 for the Amtrak deal. A few days later, got disabled with a request for id. Sent it in, got reactivated. Then got disabled AGAIN on 3/12. No note this time. Sent them an email, got an automated response that I should expect to be contacted in 24-48 hours. So far, nothing.
I've been a good mypoints citizen. I got the Amtrak deal, bought a movie from Fox, and read a bunch of emails. No redemptions. No $1 gift cert hacking. No finagling multiple bonuses from the same vendor. But in two weeks, I've been disabled twice and I'm getting annoyed. Not a great way to start the relationship.
