It would appear that PrimaReward has been having some difficulties, starting sometime in January. No referral points have been posted to my account since December 25, complaints to their Member Services system of February 3 and 10 were opened but not assigned or responded to, and their Member Forums have been "unavailable for approximately 3 days" for considerably longer that 3 days. Yet, the site still lists a very large number of merchants and has some very interesting offers.

I am considering putting on my web site a warning about the program. Two requests:

1. If you have attempted to redeem your point for miles or any other reward, please let me know.

2. If you know of another way to communicate with the site owner other that the two I have mentioned above, please let me know what it is.
