RoyNWAA, Dell emails out a coupon code when you sign up for its email subscription.
Make sure to check both Home and Small Biz site for your configuration since each runs different promotions. Home is offerring $100/150/100/150 mail-in rebates on Inspiron 8200/5100/4150/1100 vs $100/50 mail-in rebates on Inspiron 1100/5100. Additionally each runs different free upgrades too so better to check out both.
Currently, Small Biz has 5% off code 8D2755970FD4 which expires tomorrow.
Lastly, starting Thur (3/13), both sites will run different promo which may or may not be better than current ones...

Ya'll are awesome, thank you for your help. I had to go out on an emergency customer call yesterday morning shortly after posting my original request. I did not make my order by 11pm last night in order to get the 5000 points. 
Now I will wait hoping the 5000 points will come back. It would be nice if NWA was a Mall Partner with Dell
