And when the thread hasn't been updated for awhile, I check go to mypoints and then visit websites... and if the max icon isn't there, he's likely not going to be found on any of the shopping pages.

Howdy, gleff! I've read the same thing regarding Max. When the icon is present he is waiting to be found. Otherwise, no dice.
