US Airways Dividend Miles Shopping (http://www.dividendmilesshopping.com/ ) gets 1 mile/dollar at Amazon.com.

And, for those whom cash is as good as miles , Upromise seems to have recently added Amazon.com for a 2% back retailer.

If you belong to NW WorldPerks, register for this promotion:

http://www.nwa.com/offers/wpmholiday/

then via the WorldPerks mall purchase Amazon.com gift certificates for yourself from giftcertificate.com.

This will get you 6 NW miles per $ spent on the gift certificate. Then go to Amazon via the USAir site and use your gift certificate to purchase from Amazon.com to get USAir miles.

And, if you have no use for NW miles, you can buy certificates through Gift Certificates.com at MyPoints or the United Airlines shopping portal. NW is the best deal, of course.

You can also get a piddling number of miles via MilesMall or Alaska Airlines shopping portal (same thing). I just used a gift certificate to buy something from Amazon via Milesmall. The email receipt showed the value of the purchase was zero, but also showed the amount before the certificate. It will be interesting to see what Milesmall does with this.
