This is the benefit you get from referring others to the program (as taken from the ovations site):
"With Guest Ovations, you qualify for Gold Member status with as few as 25 paid nights per year! And, when you refer friends or co-workers to the program who then stay at least one night during the year, well count each referral as one credit toward your 25 nights!
Guest Ovations members can qualify for Gold status even faster by referring friends or co-workers to the program who then stay at least one night. Simply, have your friends or co-workers sign up for the Guest Ovations program at www.guestovations.com, complete the enrollment information and have them enter your 9-digit Guest Ovations member id in the identified field ... when your friends and co-workers have their first paid night stay you receive credit towards Gold!"
So, if you don't plan to stay at Baymont and your referral doesn't either this part is meaningless.
I am sure we all appreciate the easy 500 airline miles and for that I sincerely thank DBMAURY.
