I noticed last night that there is a new Casino, Capital Casino, on the Visit Web Sites Page. I clicked on it last night, but didn't get an Instant Confirmation. This morning, I checked my Weekly Statement and the 5 points were there.

There are 2 new ones, and another 2 existing ones seemed to work too (I didn't get the "award credited" message with them). So potentially all four are possible for 5 points each.
