MyPoints problem

I've been away for a week, without internet access. Despite that, when I open up the MyPoints e-mails that piled up while I was away, I get a message that the 5 points are not available more than once every 24 hours. I haven't clicked on MyPoints in a week!

The same message popped up tonight when I clicked on MyPoints Max. That had happened to me a few times before, but I shrugged it off because I wasn't sure that 24 hours had passed since I previously clicked on him. This time I am sure.

Has anyone got a suggestion for how to deal with this problem? Do you think this is a symptom of a larger problem with MyPonts?

Happens to me all the time. I thought maybe I had triple-clicked or something. Probably another way not to give us points...

That happened to me also. However, it was when I double (or more) clicked, and the message was hiding in the background. Sometimes this messages are not popping up correctly.
