Sent an email that MyPoints Max wouldn't credit yesterday or today. (Included MyPoints account #, which is found under Member Services, then Get Account #.) Got an email back within 20 minutes:

Dear [Gleff],

They must have fixed MAX as I just got 5 points for clicking on him in EDUACATION/LEARNING at 11:20 EST.
