Problems with MilesMall.com?

Anyone else experiencing problems getting mileage credit at Milesmall.com? I have 3 purchases from late November and December that have yet to post to my account. I sent the missing mileage request form in about 5 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I called them a few weeks ago and the person I spoke with told me he would post the miles within 24 hours. Nothing. Now the phone number is gone from the MilesMall site. I e-mailed them two days....no reply.

Any one happen to have their phone number or know if they are about to fold like some of the other shopping sites?

I'm slightly worried as well. I made a purchase from early March that has not posted. I used their "submit a purchase" link (which has now been removed) on 3/15 and emailed on 4/1. No response whatsoever.

Too bad you didn't save the phone number!

Whois - verisign says:

"Registrant:

Domain Name: MILESMALL.COM

I work less than 10 minutes from there. Maybe I'll visit at lunch.

These guys are losers. Mr. Honu had a huge number of points due to him , and kept calling and calling to get things straightened out. It took more than three months to finally get somewhere. He hasn't used them since. BTW, that was more than a year ago.

Same problems. Have not used them for two years.

Even had to put a complaint in with BBB in California.

Poorly written excuses they gave.

Chix + Honu,

Darn, if only I'd checked the FT archives! Since I joined FT, noone had complained about them. I had a one transaction and one Alaska Airlines redemption go thru pain-free last year.

I have filed a complaint against MilesMall.com with the BBB. Three e-mails and one phone call to them with no results.
