I never get a confirmation from GoldPoints. Just from the vendor. And then in anywhere from a few days to a few weeks the points show up in GoldPoints. When you placed your order, did you have a banner from GoldPoints at the top of your screen?

but should Goldpoints at least have a record of the transaction listed under your account history? i'm concerned because they don't even show that i placed the orders. or will the order just magically appear along with the points after 30 days?

No, Goldpoints won't show anything until the points are actually posted in your account. Just keep your confirmation from the "store" that you bought from. If at the end of 30 days the points are not in your account, send an email to GoldPoints with a copy of your confirmation. They have always made the adjustment within a few days. Right now they are trying to "catch up" from all the last minute activity in 2001!
