Traffic situation in Washington DC

I appreciate information from fellow FTers in DC area about the traffic situation there. I heard on the news that there are long delay at New York for going to the city through bridges. Is there similar situation in DC from Baltimore?

Thanks

LOL... depends on what your used to. I drove up from VA last Thursday and went through Washington. If I would not have gotten on the carpool lane, I would have not made my flight out of BWI.

YMMV, but if your used to a less congested traffic system, be forwarned that normal there was a trafic jam to me

George...
