I know most of you stopped using Greenpoints when they stopped mileage certificates, I mostly did too. However, before they stopped (back in April) I signed up for a special 50,000 greenpoint offer to switch to Sprint. My greenpoints never showed up. After many faxes and countless emails. Greenpoints will NOT honor the sign up bonus. They have only given me 15 greenpoints even though I was due well over 20,000 greenpoints. They also said they will give 2,000 points, but have not done so. They are saying that even though I switched from their email for the big offer, they only believe they should give me a different amount that was shown on their site at the time the ACTUAL carrier change was made by Sprint. This is a classing bait and switch becasue no one can make their phone switch within a day or two that the email offers are valid.

Be careful of Greenpoints as they sound like they are in shaky ground. Even this decision took them weeks and weeks to make.

I am one of the ones who has stopped using Greenpoints after they have discontinued their rewards of Frequent Flyer certificates.

I almost signed up for the 40,000 greenpoints email offer they sent me if I should sign up with Sprint. Thank goodness I didn't take them up on their offer. They use to be a pretty good sight. Not anymore.

Oh well, that's just one less site I have to visit. I have too many others to visit, anyway.

They still will not make good on the offer even though I have faxed them the print out of the scrren when I switched and my phone bills. I requested that they donate these points to the Sept 11 fund, but they wont even respond to that part of my email.

All this and in my opinion only the Burger King certificates are useful there now.

I emailed them and told them I did not appreciate the bait and switch and that doing these things would not be good for them long run. If anyone wants their email is [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected]. These are the 3 listed on their site.
