When I tried to register my cash rebate Citi card, I got a letter saying my card wasn't eligible...
Once the money is tranferred to any of its 529 accounts (managed by Fidelity & Travelers Group), your rebate should be safe. Unlike other rebate portals, Upromise.com is playing conservative, i.e. no signup bonus, no referral bonus etc...
